Since 1933, Canton, Ohio-based Professional Detailing Products (PDP) has served car detailing pros and enthusiasts alike with its line of professional-grade products. Their team came to TKG with a vision to increase e-commerce sales and boost overall revenue while establishing PDP as a go-to industry expert and thought leader. TKG helped them move the needle with an integrated marketing approach that included a new e-commerce website and a branding strategy.

PDP’s leaders knew they had an opportunity to grow revenue by increasing online sales of their professional, concentrated products. They also knew they couldn’t do that with their existing e-commerce website, which struggled with checkout issues, a subpar search function and general lack of good UX. They turned to TKG to create a user-friendly online shopping experience that would entice visitors to purchase.
TKG designed and built a fully integrated online store using Shopify. The new e-commerce website design provided a clean user interface, responsive design and consistent product images, including 3D renders. To promote the new site, TKG employed digital marketing advertising and video campaigns, resulting in a 16% jump in revenue.

PDP recognized the value of video but lacked the internal resources to develop consistent content. TKG closed that gap with strategic video production, including a new brand video that debuted at the 2024 SEMA Show. The video highlighted PDP’s family-owned legacy while reinforcing the performance and integrity behind its products.

To ensure a cohesive brand story, TKG designed product labels and tradeshow assets that aligned with the new website. TKG ensured the designs allowed PDP to stand out without being over-the-top, developing an instantly recognizable aesthetic from the store shelves to the tradeshow floor.

PDP had a strong story to tell at SEMA 2025 following the launch of its iron remover products. Differentiated by odor-free formulas and extended dwell times for deeper contaminant penetration, the products required a booth presence that matched their innovation. TKG helped PDP present these launches within a streamlined, cohesive exhibit design, enabling the brand to stand out and attract more visitors on the show floor.



TKG redesigned PDP’s product labels to create a more consumer-friendly brand presence while maintaining the credibility expected by professional detailers. The updated labels improved readability, clarified product use and delivered a more cohesive look across the product line. QR codes were integrated into each label, giving customers direct access to product videos and detailed product pages, extending the label’s value beyond the bottle and supporting education, engagement and purchase decisions.
