Rebrand and web design for leading Ohio CPA firm.

How we leveraged digital marketing to evolve a CPA firm into an industry thought leader

Our relationship with 415 Group – a certified public accounting, business consulting and IT services firm – goes back to their early days when we helped them develop their first website. Over the years, we’ve had the honor of helping them strategically on several levels including branding, web design and digital marketing.

Fast-forward 20 years to present day, when 415 turned to us to propel their brand to the next stage in growth, we knew they needed a brand refresh to achieve their goals of elevating their brand, recruiting talent and positioning the brand as a thought leader in Ohio.

Position for the future

Leveraging their move to a new facility, we took a collaborative approach, involving our content and web design teams at the onset to create elements that better told the 415 Group story and connected with their target audiences. Imagery, fonts, colors and logos were all evaluated to put their best brand forward.

The modernized logo and simplistic but bold font choices were used to help show a culture dedicated to progress and fun while the minimal design and shapes symbolized an employee base focused around building financial confidence and stability for clients.

Recruit the right talent

Completing the brand refresh paved the way for us to aid them in recruiting new talent by educating the community and prospective employees on who 415 Group is and what they stand for.

With updated image guidelines, we were able to elevate the brand to showcase the people of 415, the company culture and the real stories behind the employees who work there. This was strategically planned with a goal of showing the broader community who the leaders at 415 Group were in and outside the office.
