Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-driven team player that understands digital and knows how to get things done. We’re a busy and growing digital marketing agency that thrives off taking great care of our clients and team. The core objective of a Digital Project Manager at TKG is to ensure a focus on meaningful ROI is delivered for each client by keeping projects, communication and the team on task.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively plan, coordinate and oversee a wide variety of web development-focused tasks with to ensure all goals and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget
• Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, coordinating resources and providing overall project alignment. Responsible for handling client touchpoints with clients that come up in between quarterlies, such as progress meetings or adjustments to in-progress work
• Oversee client deliverables for your clients, identifying and filling any gaps in work as needed
• Work closely with the assigned Relationship Manager to act in the best interest of the client and meet business objectives
• Facilitate and foster relationships and alignment across Account, Marketing, Creative and Development teams
• Detail any open items that need attention at quarterly meetings, and attend quarterly meetings as needed
• Summarize all completed work during renewals 
• Handle day-to day-communication with team and client to execute strategy as well as submit files to client for feedback and approval 
• Coordinate internal team to modify discovery documents during client onboarding as well as gain access to any needed platforms
• Set up tasks and deadlines based on approved strategy 
• Work with Director of Traffic to prioritize tasks for the team and assist with scheduling as needed
