Technical Solutions Lead.
About this position
This role is responsible for turning marketing, strategic and creative ideas and business goals into clearly defined, actionable projects. You will serve as the bridge between stakeholder vision and our development teams’ execution, ensuring every project is well-defined, aligns with strategic vision and defines the objectives and goals before work begins.
As a hybrid thinker, you will be the central point for defining project scope, requirements and success criteria. You will bring clarity to complex problems and enable creative and technical teams to execute by defining the what and the why for every initiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks before they become blockers
- Support prioritization of work based on scope, feasibility and business value
- Ensure clarity at every step by proactively communicating updates, risks and decisions with internal stakeholders
- Assign and coordinate internal teams (UX, Creative, Development) to meet project objectives
- Own and manage project timelines, ensuring all workstreams are aligned and resourced appropriately
- Translate stakeholder goals into a structured project roadmap that defines key phases, deliverables and milestones
- Work with project stakeholders (internal and clients) to define and document project requirements, business needs and strategic goals
- Author clear and concise project documentation, including project briefs, story boards and functional requirements, that the creative/UI/UX and development teams will use to build interactive experiences effectively
- Research, vet and recommend platforms and tools which align with the project requirements and needs
- Lead scoping to define business and project requirements into a project plan, defining key features and deliverables, while obtaining technical requirements and definitions from Head of Development
- Prepare and present technical recommendations in non-technical language when needed
- Work with Strategy, UX and Creative teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Support pitch team meetings and proposals by providing technical input and timelines
- Act as the technical voice in project meetings and client communications when needed
- Optimize workflow between teams to improve delivery efficiency
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes to improve development workflow
- Coordinate with department heads to manage team-specific QA processes
- Manage the QA process workflow to insure high-quality deliverables and met expectations from cross teams

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3–5+ years in digital project management, technical production or solutions architecture
- Strong understanding of web technologies modern web CMS platforms, including WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, Shopify, Umbraco and Kentico
- Proven experience scoping and managing custom development projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills — able to bridge creative and technical conversations
