The Creation of One Unified Creative Team

Agency aligns creative resources and promotes from within, while adding several new jobs

North Canton, Ohio (January 4, 2019) — Local marketing agency, The Karcher Group (TKG), announced today the joining of its design, content and video resources into one unified creative team. This change will provide the best environment for team members to produce outstanding results for their clients.

Assuming the role of creative team manager is Darla Brown who will work to foster collaboration, establish improved processes and elevate TKG’s overall creative capabilities. Brown joined TKG in late 2013 and has led the agency’s content team for more than five years. She has proven experience cultivating brand stories and applying marketing best practices to help clients achieve their goals.

“With Darla at the helm, we know we are setting ourselves – and our clients – up for creative success. Darla has an extremely diversified skillset herself. She is a talented writer, marketer and strategist. We can’t wait to see what her leadership will mean for the future of the creative team,” said David Brown, vice president of client services.

As part of the change to bring the company’s creative elements under one umbrella, TKG discovered a need to add several team members to enhance the group’s offerings to its clients. Additional positions increasing the company’s design and content capabilities were created, with several new team members joining TKG in recent weeks.

“We have a lot of positive momentum, and we’re making strategic decisions to keep moving in the right direction,” said Geoff Karcher, president. “There are fresh faces around the office, new partners coming on board and building improvements happening here every day. It’s all in an effort to invest in our clients, our capabilities and our talented team.”

Over the coming months, TKG will continue its efforts to align the right people with the right skills for the right projects. Existing clients can expect even more creative minds at the table to produce meaningful experiences for their brands, both on and offline.
