Big Changes for Three Senior Level Employees

Senior team members take on new positions to better serve clients

The Karcher Group (TKG), a full-service marketing and web design agency, announced today the promotion of senior team member Leanne Wicks to the position of marketing director. Additionally, former digital marketing managers Jon Dulac and Aaron Lehman have taken on new roles as account managers. These changes will allow TKG to better serve their clients by focusing team efforts on specific client goals.

Wicks has been with The Karcher Group since 2012, when she joined the company as an online marketing specialist. She went on to become a senior marketing strategist before moving into the position of senior digital marketing manager. Throughout her time at TKG, Wicks has continued to position herself as an invaluable part of the client services team. As marketing director, Wicks will provide strategic oversight and management to all active clients while continuing to work closely alongside the marketing, creative and development teams.

“Leanne has been an absolute asset to TKG for some time and her ongoing success has made placing her in this role an easy decision,” said Geoff Karcher, president of The Karcher Group. “She has proven her ability to help us reach our business objectives and continues to show her commitment to TKG. Longstanding team members Dulac and Lehman each accepted new positions as account managers for TKG. Both have worked at the agency for a number of years and have excelled in their past roles as digital marketing managers, where they worked closely with clients to outline their business goals and create tailored marketing strategies. As account managers, they will be tasked with day-to-day client communications and growing the business through new and ongoing client partnerships.
