IT Services Network Specialist.

Network Engineering & Support

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, VLANs and firewalls
• Support and secure remote access solutions (VPNs, SSL, IPSec, etc.)
• Troubleshoot complex network performance and connectivity issues
• Optimize Wi-Fi systems and implement best practices
• Use monitoring tools to proactively catch and resolve issues

Security & Compliance

• Apply security policies and hardening standards across clients
• Support compliance initiatives like PCI, HIPAA and internal audits
• Assist with onboarding clients into standardized security stacks

MSP Operations & Support

• Serve as a escalation point for helpdesk
• Work with the team to improve processes, documentation and standards
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations
• Help deliver projects such as:
  • Network rebuilds
  • Firewall upgrades
  • Server migrations
  • Wi-Fi redesigns
  • New location IT deployments

Client Communication & Relationship Building

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Help guide them through issues and project outcomes
• Represent TKG’s values in every interaction

• 3–5 years of networking or MSP experience
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and firewalls
• Familiarity with SonicWall, Cisco, UniFi or similar hardware
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and curiosity
• Great communication and documentation skills
• A drive to learn, improve and take ownership
