Where she gained her knowledge
Jolene earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University, building a strong foundation in organizational leadership and operations. Early in her career, she gained hands-on experience in high-end restaurants, where she played a key role in event coordination, developing a keen attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and a commitment to delivering seamless experiences.
She later expanded her expertise through roles in sales, product support and release management, where she strengthened her client relationship management, problem-solving and coordination skills. These experiences allowed her to better understand customer needs, navigate complex challenges and deliver solutions with a high level of service and efficiency. Her most recent position involved working for a global software company, where she was responsible for the delivery process of its flagship product.
