Ingrid’s career path didn’t start where she expected. From childhood to college, she was convinced she’d become an elementary school teacher, but three weeks into her first education course, it was clear that path wasn’t the right fit. She pivoted into business and communications, earning her B.A. in Corporate Communications with minors in Marketing and Writing from Walsh University, and soon after landed at an agency, where she quickly found her stride. 

As a Project Manager at TKG, Ingrid brings a blend of organization, communication and strategic thinking to every project she supports. She’s known for her ability to bring clarity to complex work, keep teams aligned and ensure projects move forward smoothly while staying focused on client goals. Ingrid approaches her work with a people-first mindset, believing that strong processes and clear communication make work easier for both teams and clients.

Where she gained her knowledge

Since then, Ingrid has spent nearly a decade in full-service B2B marketing agencies, building experience across client-facing account management, project management and business operations. Early in her career, she discovered a passion for organizing and simplifying complex work, improving workflows and helping teams operate more smoothly. This naturally led her into project and operations-focused roles. 

Before joining TKG, Ingrid progressed from Project Management Coordinator to Account Executive and ultimately Senior Operations Specialist. Along the way, she supported multi-channel client campaigns, served as a primary client liaison and helped lead agency-wide initiatives that improved efficiency, financial accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ingrid is OBSESSED with dogs and will nerd out if you get her started on the topic. She aspires to be able to professionally train dogs someday.
  • She has four sisters and is extremely close to all of them. 
  • She loves cleaning and organizing her house and yard.
  • Ingrid loves people but very much hates talking in front of groups – large or small.
  • She aspires to be able to grow her own veggies…first she needs to master not killing every plant she tends to… she's getting better at it!
