The Karcher Group, a digital marketing agency based in North Canton, Ohio, and Charlotte, North Carolina, added seven new team members this year to its marketing, content, and IT departments.

Rich Grisak joins TKG as Director of Marketing with nearly 15 years of experience in online marketing, most of which has been with agencies.
“Adding Rich to the team has really helped galvanize our marketing department as we continue our internal growth,” said Geoff Karcher, president of The Karcher Group.
TKG added two project managers to the team. Allie Wilkins brings a background of graphic design, digital advertising and project/campaign management. Digital project manager Morgan Conley combines her skills in project management and user experience to help projects move along.
“By adding a project manager and digital project manager to our team, we can more efficiently serve our clients and their specific needs,” said David Brown, Director of Projects.
Kelsey Hochstetler joins TKG as a content strategist with experience in marketing research and analytics. One the other hand, Jenna BenDaali joins as a digital advertising strategist to drive paid search and social media ad results for clients.
Our web development team grew by two people who filled new positions: Tyson White is a network engineer, and Joe Chenevey is a solutions architect. White solves network issues to improve operations for our clients. Chenevey brings a development background from working at other full-service agencies.
“This has been a tough year for hiring, not only for TKG but also our clients and other companies in the area,” said Darla Brown, Vice President of Digital Services. “So we’re very grateful to add these incredible new team members as we continue to strengthen the work we do.”
