*Seasoned financial executive, Michael Stephan, joins TKG team*

The Karcher Group announced today the hire of [Michael Stephan](https://www.tkg.com/about/the-group/michael) as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Stephan will lead the company’s financial operations including strategy, budgeting and planning, accounting, tax and reporting.

“We’re excited to welcome Michael into the TKG team,” said Geoff Karcher, president of The Karcher Group. “His impressive reputation for execution and achieving results makes him the right choice for this position and we are thrilled to have him on board as the company enters into a new phase of growth.”

Stephan brings with him 15+ years of experience and an extensive background in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning and risk management. Most recently, he served as the Corporate Controller at Western Reserve Chemical Corporation, a premier distributor of specialty chemicals and industrial intermediates. Prior to Western Reserve Chemical Corporation, Stephan spent time as the Senior Accountant for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

I’m confident that we can develop and execute plans to drive consistent growth and look forward to working with the team to continue to expand the business,” Stephan said.
