System Operation

Emergency SMS alerts are triggered automatically through a Zapier integration connected to TKG’s Helpdesk system whenever an emergency incident report is logged.
Messages are sent only to verified employee numbers maintained by the IT Department.
No external contact lists or marketing messages are used.

This page serves as official documentation of TKG’s opt-in and consent process for Twilio Toll-Free verification.
Only employees who complete one of the opt-in methods described above will receive emergency SMS alerts.
