We're proud that North Canton's Walsh University has been a TKG client since 2000. Walsh needed to consolidate several sites that had been developed over time, into one clean and easy to use site. Of course, it also had to be easy to update and grow, so we built them a custom content management system.
One of the site's most interesting features is the dynamic FAQ section. It automatically moves the most popular answers to the top of the list. This creates a user-friendly environment, because visitors spend less time searching for the information they need. It's also an efficient customer service tool: users can easily (and quickly) refer to answers when contacting the college for more information. Continually adding new answers also allows the site to grow in terms of content.
