The Phillips Organization is a team of Certified Public Accountants that serve businesses of all sizes. For over 25 years, they have been especially interested in helping small businesses see "The Big Picture" by showing them how to put where they are and where they want their business to be into perspective.
Our line of products for small businesses (Web Design, Programming, and Content Management System solutions) were perfect to bring this company to the Web. They were looking for an updated design to remain competitive within their field, and our designers were able to achieve the look they wanted. In addition, they needed a more efficient means for getting documentation to and from clients to replace e-mail, fax, or in-person trips to the office. So, we created an online portal allowing clients to log-in and send and receive documentation to and from their accountant. This makes communication between accountant and client more convenient.
