How do I contact support?

How do I contact support after hours?

How do I change my DNS records?

In order to change your DNS records, please make your request using this contact form. Be sure to include details about the DNS changes you wish to make!

How do I setup Office 365?

Setting up Office 365 through TKG is simple!  Give us a call or fill out this contact form, and we will do all of the heavy lifting for you.  We even work with Microsoft support on your behalf! 

How do I configure Google Apps?

If you have signed up for Google Apps, and need it configured for your account, please fill out this contact form to set up your domain.

How do I log into Apoxe?

To log into Apoxe, just go to yourdomain.com/admin and put in your username and password. If you need your password reset, please call support and we will reset your password over the phone.
