Client Focus - Stark Industrial
Stark Industrial came to TKG in 2002 with a story we hear all too often: they had hired a couple of web services providers, were disappointed with the customer service and even more so with the final product, and needed us to "fix it." As a three-generation family-owned company, Stark Industrial expected to deal with a firm with the same level of professionalism and responsiveness that they offer their clients. We've been happy to oblige ever since.
Our first project for Stark Industrial included web design and development. Then a few years later, we developed another site for them. Over the years, we've also come to them with ideas to help market their site including search engine optimization and online public relations. They've been great about listening to our advice, and we respect that they trust us to lead their online business in the right direction.
That's not to say that it's been an easy road. Stark Industrial manufactures and markets precision machining and measuring tools - not exactly the easiest product to present and market on the web. Helping them generate online leads has been a challenge - they are a niche industry trying to reach specific markets - but search engine optimization has helped tremendously.
We're proud to have served Stark Industrial for the past six years. They're a great example of a local company that's innovative and thriving right here in Northeast Ohio.
