Web Design for Schumacher Homes

A TKG client since 2000, Schumacher Homes is a regional (going national) leader in the custom new home construction industry.  Currently on their fourth site re-design with us, Schumacher’s website, which serves as their primary marketing tool, has a number of unique features which have been implemented over the last year.

First, it is dynamically driven to provide accurate regional information. Schumacher has operations in multiple locations, and models, floorplans and pricing vary by city. Second, through its FrontDoor™ interface, the site has the ability for users to login and create profiles, select features and options for multiple floorplans, make changes during the building process, and see pricing changes in real time. Third, the website seamlessly ties into Schumacher's customer relationship management system (CRM) as well their online sales team management system so that client communications can be tracked through the website and housed in one central location. Finally, the site is loaded with interactive features such as instructional flash videos that make the website more of a two-way conversation as opposed to just a source for static information.
