The EM Leadership Institute offers a 12-month program for emergency medicine professionals. EM Leadership says the United States has great medical traning, but training physicians as leaders is lacking.Three weeks out of every month students of this institute experience leadership training and clinical practice, and receive financial benefits for participating in this program.
