Graphic Design Manager
TKG is looking for fresh talent for our graphic design department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a working understanding of current design applications such as Flash and Photoshop, as well as experience developing creative concepts. Our new web designer needs to have an ability to train other team members, grow the level of design at TKG and have/demand excellent attention to detail. Newbie graphic designers need not apply. Requirement details are as follows:
- Must have at least 2 years experience doing original design including web and print
- Good communication/organization skills
- Ability to generate original ideas and drive creativity of department
- Ability to work with others or alone (inter departmentally)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of SEO as it pertains to design a plus
- Experience with team management a plus
