Green...what represents outdoor cleanliness and beautification more than the color green? Keep Akron Beautiful's new website carries over the mission of their organization into the look and feel of their website by prominently featuring photos of flowerscapes and a fresh color scheme.
Visitors can find links to volunteer, make a donation, sign up for the newsletter or visit KAB's social media sites right on the homepage. Behind the scenes, KAB is able to keep their website up-to-date with a content management system that allows them to edit the site whenever they like. The site also features a password-protected "boardroom" section where they can post content exclusively for board members.
Keep Akron Beautiful was established in 1981 to serve as a beautification, recycling and litter prevention program for the City of Akron.
