Jeff Heath IT customer support
As part of our IT support team, Jeff's the newest addition to "The Glue." You know, the ones who hold everything together around here. Between him and Chad, they're about two of the most helpful IT guys you'll ever meet. But don't let Jeff's friendly, laid-back demeanor fool you - this dude's got plans. From fixing up his house to pursuing loads of hobbies to taking care of three cats, Jeff is staying pretty busy. He's also furthering his education in IT/Programming simply because he enjoys it. We're excited because the addition of Jeff means we have another Microsoft Certified Professional on staff, and that's great for us and our clients.
When not at work, Jeff's life revolves around:

- Jeff's a speed freak (the faster the better)
- One of his cats is polydactyl (has extra toes)
- Loves to shoot firearms

Where he gained experience and knowledge:
Jeff spent 18 years in manufacturing before deciding what he wanted to be when he grew up. He took some Windows training classes and obtained his MCTS for Windows Vista which makes him a Microsoft Certified Professional. He's currently studying A+ and hopes to move on to either Net+ or Security+ in the near future.
