Data Services Help & Support Resorces

We get by with a little help from Data Services

Our human support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to respond to your help and support inquiries. Below we’ve broken down the factors that constitute basic and emergency data service requests, and how to reach us for each.



Basic requests are inquiries that are not time sensitive. These include things like DNS record requests, email account set ups and password changes. Please reach out to our data services team during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) with these requests, and we will try to resolve your inquiry within one business day.



Emergency requests are time sensitive, and could impact your site’s traffic and performance. If your site isn’t working, or you need us to reboot your server, contact us immediately (even if it’s 3 a.m. on a Tuesday). We will work to respond your emergency requests right away and get your site back up and running.
