Experienced SEM

The ideal SEM candidate will have at least 2 years experience with natural SEO, pay-per-click, link building (including content distribution), local SEO and social media marketing strategies. In addition to the SEM knowledge, you should also be familiar with analyzing & interpreting website data/stats and tracking search engine rankings, link popularity, saturation, etc.

If you have achieved some SEO certifications, that's a huge plus but not required. Benefits include medical insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation and holidays, a bonus system, and a fun environment!

Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing on-page & off-page optimization factors & providing recommendations for future strategies
  • Implementation of SEO tactics within sites using Dreamweaver & content management systems
  • Monitoring & reporting search engine rankings, link popularity, saturation, etc
  • Tracking & reporting website statistics
  • Analyzing past website stats/data and creating SEO recommendations based on data collected
  • Managing & analyzing pay per click data and making PPC recommendations based on data collected
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or ClickTracks Analytics software
  • Diagnosing problems with current and potential SEO clients
