Howard Hanna Real Estate is a Cleveland and Pittsburgh based Real Estate Agency. In a tough market, any Real Estate agency needs any competitive advantage they can attain. Howard Hanna turned to TKG to implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to help them compete in natural search results for all of their markets, primarily Cleveland, Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

New Look, New Technology:

A new website, with a new look and technology, was launched by Howard Hanna in mid 2007. TKG worked with Howard Hanna’s development agency to ensure the architecture and programming of the site were as search friendly as possible. Our goal, as always, was to ensure that all site content was index-able by the search engines and as user friendly as possible.

Initial Optimization:

We performed an initial search engine optimization consisting of on-page factors, such as optimized content, titles, meta data and internal linking. In addition, we began an ongoing link building strategy.

Results:

Only 3 months into the SEO campaign, Howardhanna.com is ranking for hundreds of new phrases, many of them competitive phrases. In the second month after the initial optimization, search engine referrals were up by approximately 10,000 referrals!
