Chad Henderson account manager
Chad Henderson joined the TKG staff as a search engine optimization specialist in February 2008. A few months later, he transitioned to a customer service IT support in-house trainer role and did so well taking care of our customers that he spent the next three years overseeing our data services operations. Now, as an account manager, he's taking care of our web marketing and development clients. With his past SEO experience and polished customer service skills, he's a perfect fit for the role.
After 15 years working in two very aggressive corporate roles, he was particularly attracted to TKG because of the family-friendly laid back atmosphere, proximity to home, and ability to (for the most part) leave work at work. Chad's an incredible speaker and has already had an opportunity to show off his presentation skills at our SEO Seminars.
When not working, Chad's life revolves around:

- Wife of 18 years (6/19), Kristina
- Two daughters, Ally (13) and Katie (11)
- Having the best possible relationships with all of the above
- Wishing that some sports team he roots for can win some type of world championship

- He's a Civil War and US military historian
- He likes Ice Cream, preferrably chocolate
- His favorite movie is Heart and Souls
- He's a Disney World fanatic, having been there 10+ times, and can give you some good tips if you are planning a trip.
Where Chad gained experience and knowledge:
Graduating from Bowling Green State University (BS in Education), has been very helpful with so many things, including presentation skills, patience, client relationship development, etc. But mostly he has gained experience applicable to marketing and research through work experiences at IBM (new-hire employee development in Atlanta, GA) and as a Vice President of a computer software training company.
